8/29/08- Jacob's first day home, about 36 hours old at this point, and obviously, it has been an exhausting 36 hours!
8/30/08- Daddy and me
8/30/08- Two days old and looking like Daddy's little clone! Can't see much of Mommy in there at all yet.....
8/31/08-Three days old, and sleeping snug as a bug in my pack and play
9/2/08- I had my first Doctors appointment today. I weighed in at 7lbs 2oz, 20inches long. I have already gained 2oz over my birth weight, and I am not even a week old!
9/3/08- Just 6 days old... first playdate, with pal Isabella... the future Mr. and Mrs. Picarelli?
9/3/08- First Stroller Walk..doesn't Mommy look so proud?
