Jacob is starting to sit up by himself a bit better, though he still needs a bit of support. We have now tried pears, applesauce, sweet potatoes, butternut squash and rice cereal...he isn't too keen on anything but the cereal, but we are working on him! Surprisingly, he seems to like the veggies better than the fruit. He continues to "talk" up a storm, and is such a happy baby! His favorite toy? BOOKS!
2/11/09- Jacob practicing sitting up on his own, grabbing none other, but a BOOK from his toy chest!

Finally lost my balance....
But kept ahold of that book all the way down!
2/12/09- Me and my buddy Cayla.... look how much bigger I am! Cayla weighs 8lbs here, so I am most likely pushing 18lbs!

2/12/09- Here I am in this weird thing mom insists I sit in...I am growing out of my infant car seat, so mom leaves it in the car now and I have to sit in this thing....
I feel so small in this thing!
Here I am snuggling with Daddy....
This week has been so tiring!
